Annual assessments lie at the heart of the ISO 9001 post-certi cation process. The assessments are conducted by the same independent rms involved during initial applications for quality certi cation. The annual assessment focuses on ongoing conformity with core elements of ISO 9001, e ectiveness of management system processes demonstration of continuous improvement.
Our initial ISO certification for occurred in 2014. The ISO updated it's quality standards in 2015, and Precise Tooling has been certified compliant with all aspects of the current standard, ISO 9001: 2015.
Integral to achieving the highest quality is our quality lab. This fully contained, environmentally controlled facility is used by Precise craftsmen to verify and document every tool, cnc project and ergonomic unit we manufacture. Every quality inspection form/report for each project is immediately available in both electronic and hardcopy formats.
We maintain detailed inspection procedures, and archive a full complement of project photographs, CAD design files and spec sheets.

Plastics processors and injection mold makers across North America entered the two-part survey process. The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated company's workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. The second part consisted of a confidential employee survey to measure the employee experience. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking. Best Companies Group administered the overall registration and survey process, analyzed the data, and determined the final rankings.
